The Complaint Process
A Dispatch Supervisor can assist you in filing a complaint. You will be asked to identify yourself and then to give
specific details about your complaint.
Your complaint will then be investigated. You may be contacted and asked additional questions regarding your complaint.
If the investigation of the complaint is going to take an extended period of time, you will
receive a call or a letter informing you approximately when you may expect a reply.
When your complaint has been investigated, the Communications Director will review the findings, and
you will be notified in writing by mail explaining the results of the investigation.
